Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. If you have ordered multiple items in a single order and they are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email).

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal through the prominently displayed electronic "Withdraw from Contract" function available on our online store during the withdrawal period.
If you use this electronic withdrawal function, we will promptly send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium, particularly by email, including the content of your withdrawal request and the date and time it was received.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal.
Any additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery option will not be reimbursed.
We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will you incur any fees as a result of the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
Returning the Goods
You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
Once we receive your withdrawal notification, we will promptly provide you with a return address in Germany.
The return deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day return period has expired.
Contacting us to obtain the German return address is solely for the purpose of providing you with the correct return destination. It is not a condition for the validity of your withdrawal.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods when exercising your standard right of withdrawal.
If you have a valid complaint regarding defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered goods, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. We will cover any necessary return shipping costs in accordance with applicable laws governing defective or non-conforming goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
