Terms and Conditions
1. Scope and Seller Information
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers through the Raleria online store.
The contracting party is:
Pruckner Limited
Unit 903A, 9/F., Cameron Comm Centre
458–468 Hennessy Road
Causeway Bay, Hong Kong
Authorized Representative: Anonas Khesiah Hisuler (Director)
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or independent professional activities.
2. Formation of Contract
The presentation of products in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather an invitation for customers to place an order.
Customers may add products to their shopping cart and review or correct their information before submitting an order.
By clicking the checkout button clearly indicating an obligation to pay, the customer submits a binding offer to enter into a purchase agreement.
We may accept this offer within five days by:
-
Sending an explicit order acceptance or confirmation.
-
Requesting or collecting payment, where this clearly indicates acceptance of the contract.
-
Dispatching the ordered goods.
The contract is formed when the first of these acceptance events occurs.
If we do not accept the offer within five days, the customer is no longer bound by it.
An automatically generated order receipt confirmation initially only confirms that the order has been technically received, unless it is expressly identified as an acceptance of the order.
3. Contract Language and Storage
The contractual language is German.
Order information is stored to the extent permitted by applicable law and supported by our technical systems.
Customers receive essential order information and these Terms and Conditions on a durable medium, particularly by email.
Where customer accounts are available, certain order information may also be accessible through the customer's account.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices displayed in our online store represent the total prices payable by consumers.
Where applicable, taxes and other mandatory price components are included in the displayed total price.
Any shipping charges are clearly displayed in our store and, at the latest, during checkout before the customer submits an order.
Free shipping may be offered as part of specific promotions.
The shipping charges displayed in the store or at checkout at the time of purchase apply to the respective order.
Under our shipping policy, customers will not be charged additional customs duties or import fees after placing their order.
5. Payment Methods
Customers may use the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other available payment services.
The availability of individual payment methods may depend on the customer's country, order value, and the requirements of the respective payment provider.
Additional terms and privacy policies of the selected payment provider may apply to payment processing.
6. Delivery and Shipping
We deliver to addresses in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, provided the destination is available for selection during checkout.
Unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page, orders are generally processed within 2–3 days.
Following processing, the estimated shipping time is typically 7–9 business days.
Sundays and public holidays at the shipping origin or delivery destination may affect delivery times.
Depending on the order and destination, deliveries may be handled by DHL, DPD, Hermes, or other applicable shipping providers.
Customers are not entitled to select a particular shipping provider unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Tracking information will be provided where available.
For consumer purchases, the risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods generally passes to the customer only when the goods are physically delivered to the customer or an authorized recipient designated by the customer, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers entering into distance-selling contracts are entitled to the right of withdrawal described in our separate Withdrawal Policy.
The Withdrawal Policy and the Model Withdrawal Form form part of the consumer information provided by our online store.
We also voluntarily grant consumers with delivery addresses in Switzerland a contractual 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with our Withdrawal Policy, unless mandatory applicable laws provide more extensive rights.
9. Statutory Rights Regarding Defective Goods
Customers are entitled to their statutory rights in the event of defective or non-conforming goods.
Any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in the country of the customer's habitual residence remain unaffected.
10. Promotional Codes and Discount Vouchers
Promotional and discount codes are valid only during the specified promotional period and under the conditions communicated in our online store.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, multiple discount codes cannot be combined.
Promotional offers and discounts do not limit or affect customers' statutory consumer rights.
11. Liability
We are fully liable for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence, as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.
In cases of slight negligence involving a breach of essential contractual obligations, our liability is limited to damages that are typical for the contract and reasonably foreseeable.
Mandatory statutory liability provisions, including applicable product liability laws, remain unaffected.
12. Consumer Dispute Resolution
We are neither legally required nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
13. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by German law, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
For consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent that it does not deprive them of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which they have their habitual residence.
14. Final Provisions
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable, the applicable statutory provisions shall apply, and the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
